Manager, Ad Sales Marketing Position

Company & Candidate: 

NGL Collective, the leading independent Latinx media and entertainment solutions company is seeking an Ad Sales Marketing Manager (ASMM) to join our team and report into the Vice President of Ad Sales Marketing (VPASM).  Company is based in NY, Miami and Los Angeles, however, the candidate can work remotely.

  • Is an efficient and effective writer for deck development in order to sell diverse digital solutions

The Work:

Responsive Responsibilities

  • Work with the ASM VP and Ad Sales Directors to respond to RFI’s and RFP’s
  • Liaise with the ASM VP on strategy to develop official company responses
  • Participate in agency communication as requested
  • Participate in category ideations across the entire NGL O/O ecosystem including Hispanicize, Hispanic Kitchen & Latina Moms in response to RFI’s / RFP’s
  • Develop Powerpoint decks for category opportunities across the NGL O/O ecosystem
  • Responsible for updating Project Timelines & Project Overviews as requested by the ASM VP

Proactive Responsibilities

  • Work with the ASMVP and our various departments – NGL Media, NGL Social, NGL Studios & NGL Insights – to gather key data points to develop category 1 Sheet sponsorship packages across our entire NGL O/O ecosystem
  • Lead ideation call recaps, client call recaps, case study and video sizzle development with ASM VP oversight and NGL Studios
  • Develop initial Powerpoint decks for proactive category opportunities across the NGL O/O ecosystem, specifically leaning into the ecosystem’s editorial content calendar
  • Generate & keep updates on all category marketing materials
  • Liaise with NGL designer or creative services as directed by the ASM VP

Qualifications:

  • 3 – 4+ years of first-hand experience in Ad Sales Integrated Marketing or related field
  • Knowledge of multiple types of digital sales including media, branded content, social/influencer marketing and experiential/onsite activations
  • Must be able to identify, ideate and develop opportunities for ad sales marketing categories
  • Must be able to concisely paint a picture for sellable concepts
  • Must be efficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Extremely detail-oriented and dependable
  • Strong analytics, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Positive attitude, willingness to wear multiple hats as needed, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
